New Year's Eve 2007

This year, Todrick was asked to sing at a New Year's Eve party. Well, it turned out to be this really fun party and our friend Jenny joined us as well.
Here are some pics from that party - I think they are pretty self-explanatory :-)

Christmas dinner 2007

Last year, we spent a wonderful Christmas with close friends right here at our beautiful apartement in Graz. It was a relaxing dinner, great fun, interesting conversations. We are so lucky to have such good friends!

The appetizer was called "Mozzarella-eggplant-rolls" baked in the oven. For the main course, everybody had to get to work and cook their own food.

Jenny and Michel grilling some fish right on our table!

Todrick is trying to get to the grill.

And this was our dessert: "tasty" chocolate fondue, mmhhh...

Summertime

Todrick and Jack Wolf are singing "Summertime" in the Casino Graz:

Jack Wolf

My dad and his wife visited us last week. It has been 7 years since I've seen them. It was my dad's 60th birthday and Todrick cooked a fabulous meal for them - as a surprise. It was a lot of fun! Here are some pics from that dinner:
And this was last Thursday. We did dinner and then Casino - it was a real show night:

My Way @ the Casino Graz

Check out my dad (Jack Wolf-aka The Voice...and the surprise) performing "My Way" - Todrick is on the drums :-)

T-Wayne and Jack Wolf

Last week my father was in Graz. I hadn't seen him in 7 years and it was the first time that Todrick and he met. Everything was great - they got along very well, especially since they are both musicians! One night we took him and his girlfriend, my grandmother and her sister to the casino. Here is a little video of Todrick singin "I'm easy" at the Casino in Graz.

September 2007

Last weekend we went to a bar called "Orange" with our friend Jenny. It was such a nice evening, even warm enough to sit outside for a while...

Later we went inside. They played really good music there - Soul! Well, Todrick "happened" to have one of his CDs with him. Since we know one of the bartenders, the DJ played Todrick's new song "Boom klack". This picture was taken when the song was playing. Todrick is happy! Those are Jenny's hands :-)

He is the bartender - and one of our English students!

Ok, Jen and I...who else?

This was taken last Sunday...such a nice warm day. This is the street we live on.

This is a view of our balcony from our garden. Tony and Todrick enjoying the sun :-)

summer party

This summer I was coordinating German classes for teenagers for five weeks. It was a loooooot of work! It was mostly interesting, challenging, but also fun. On the last day (before the teens left again) we had a B-B-Q at my place. Todrick barbequed all day, but it was smoking so much that all our neighbors got pissed off and kept knocking on our door - now we are officially not allowed to b-b-q anymore :-) kinda funny to me...
Anyway, the party was a success. All the kids and the teachers were there, the chicken tasted great (with T-Wayne's special B-B-Q sauce). And here are some pictures from this memorable evening:

My colleagues and I eating marshmallows.

Todrick recorded this kid and his guitar. He was really good.

Todrick's drawing workshop

T-Wayne was teaching drawing this summer. To teenagers! Here are some pictures:

We were his favorite students :-)

Michi's visit to the Casino Graz

As some of you know, my very dear friend Michi visited us in Austria for a few days. She took tons of pictures, so for those of you who know her, I'm sure you'll get an invitation to look at her photo album on line :-) But here are some photos that a woman in the Casino took the night we were there. We had a great time! Todrick was singing and people really loved it.

Rogner Bad Blumau

Last week, Todrick and I went to a spa about 40 minutes from Graz. We stayed for four days. It was truly a magical place with positive energy and healing waters. It was built by a famous Austrian artist called Hundertwasser. He believed that we should live in balance with nature. Therefore, everything he constructed was round. There are no sharp edges or corners anywhere. Everything is unique and colorful. Here are some pictures of the place:
